Due to nature of the products we sell, we can not accept opened packages (considered used).
It is against the law and unhygienic to resell used merchandise.
Any defective product will be replaced by a new and identical product, free of charge.
The defective products must be returned within 10 days
after receiving the products to get the exchange.
15 % restocking fee will be imposed on the undeliverable or refused shipment.
If you decide you do not want the product, the package should be rejected & not opened to receive the credit.
